Little Giant will review the extent of rebuild required and give you a custom quote.
- All new upperstructure and booms
- All components removed, cleaned, repaired and/or rebuilt before installing.
- Machine is stripped to bare frame, shot blasted, and all welds inspected and/or repaired.
- Rebuild drum shaft with new clutches and brakes, drums rebuilt.
- All pumps and planetary drives removed, repaired and/or rebuilt.
- Both engines are rebuilt by an authorized O.E.M. distributor.
- Radiator cleaned and inspected.
- Pump drive inspected, repaired and/or rebuilt.
- New clutch installed.
- Rebuild air compressor.
- All new switches, senders, wiring and hoses.
- Murphy Engine Monitoring System installed.
- New ergonomic design panel.
- All air controls rebuilt or replaced.
- All new gauges and wiring.
- New operators cab, windows, seat, floor mat and insulation when required.
- New operational information and warning decals.
- Additional grab handles added for safety.
- New lights and reflectors.
- New rust resistant paint on total machine.
- All systems checked and adjusted upon completion of testing.
- Warranty on all workmanship and parts for a period of 30 days.
- Engine warranty: 30 days
- Average Lead Time: 3-4 months upon arrival of crane.

Our Rebuild Program takes in Little Giant Cranes that have endured years of extensive work. The machines are completely dismantled in our factory, all worn parts are replaced and the entire crane is overhauled, sand blasted, repainted and sent back looking and operating like a new machine. |
